Can I use Tajriba POS anywhere?
Yes. You only need an internet connection and a modern browser.
Is Tajriba POS difficult to set up?
No. We help connect Tajriba POS to PrestaShop or Magento.
Which payment methods are supported?
Tajriba POS supports debit card, credit card, cash and split payments. For card payments, we work with providers such as PAY.NL, Mollie, SumUp, myPOS, Adyen, CCV and Stripe. Available options depend on your chosen payment provider.
Which devices does Tajriba POS support?
Laptop, PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone. Use a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.
Which languages are available?
Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
What are the system requirements?
PrestaShop 8 or 9, or Magento 2. PHP 8.x.
Can I print receipts?
Yes. You can print receipts, send them by email or show them as a QR code.
Does Tajriba POS support gift cards?
Yes. You can sell and redeem gift cards in the POS.
Can I process returns?
Yes. Returns can be processed in the POS. Combined orders with both a sale and a return are also supported.
Does Tajriba POS update inventory automatically?
Yes. Inventory updates after sales and returns. There is also an inventory page to search and check products quickly.
Can multiple employees use Tajriba POS?
Yes. You can create multiple users and manage permissions and settings for each user.
Is a customer display included?
A customer display is available with the Plus add-on for the Retail plan. It shows products, discounts and the total amount.
Does Tajriba POS include reports?
Yes. The dashboard shows revenue, payment methods, top products, returns and low-stock warnings.
How safe and private is my data?
We only use the data needed for the POS. Your data stays yours. The POS uses secure connections and clear user permissions.
Does Tajriba POS support B2B sales?
Yes. You can create invoice sales, store company details and VAT numbers, and apply VAT-free sales where allowed.
